Campfire Cones

I'm pretty sure I've shared this before, but I'm not an outdoorsy kind of girl. It's dirty, there are bugs, and I don't like to sweat. But I do like campfire food (or at least the sweets). I love s'mores, and when I heard about campfire cones, they sounded just as yummy. The best part is - you don't have to make them around the campfire! We made these in my (relatively) clean kitchen, which is bug-free and has air conditioning.

We used waffle cones so they would hold a lot of goodies. I bought a variety of goodies for the small people to choose from - marshmallows, chocolate chips, bananas, coconut, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips.

After filling the cones, we wrapped them in aluminum foil and baked them in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

The results: Absolute ooey-gooey deliciousness!
