Our School "Room"

Over the past few weeks, I've seen a lot of my fellow homeschoolers posting pictures of their school rooms - rooms completely devoted to their school items with comfy chairs for reading, space for timelines on the walls, etc. That got me thinking about our school "room".

We have a sun room on our house that is open to our living room. That's the room where most of our school books are stored, but I wouldn't exactly call it our school room. The computers are in there and the bookshelves, but other than working on the computers, none of the small people do schoolwork in there.
Then there's the living room. That's the room where we go to do Bible, history, and science. We all get cozy on the floor for me to read to the small people, and then spread out to do our notebooking activities. After we finish those subjects, there's usually at least 1 small person sitting in there doing school work or curled up on the couch reading a book.
The kitchen table is a popular place for school work also. It gets them away from the noise of the rest of the house and is a hard surface for writing.
Last but not least, there are 2 desks upstairs - one in The Boy's room and one in one of the girls' rooms. These are also a great place to get away from the noise of the house (unless Sassy Pants is upstairs of course).
I guess we don't really have a school "room". We live in our "school" house!
