Food on Friday - Chicken Noodle Casserole

I've been in the mood for comfort food lately. This week's recipe definitely fits in that description.
Chicken Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 can chow mein noodles
bread or cracker crumbs (I use seasoned bread crumbs.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Put in casserole dish. Top with bread or cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.

You can substitute turkey in place of the chicken, making this a great casserole for after Thanksgiving.
