Food on Friday: Cheeseburger Casserole

Happy Friday!

Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 (16oz) package egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 small carton sour cream
1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Combine ground beef, seasonings, and tomato sauce. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese sour cream, and noodles. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of the casserole dish. Cover with half of the meat sauce. Top with half of the shredded cheese. Add an additional layer of each, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
