Macaroni & CheeseIngredients:
8 oz pkg elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 C sour cream
4 C shredded sharp cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
1 1/2 C small curd cottage cheese
3/4 tsp salt
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and cheese. Add macaroni and stir until coated. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart dish. Bake at 350 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
