These Bar-B-Q Cups are great for a hot lunch. I made 2x the amount of filling, used half, and put the other half in the freezer to use another time.
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbs minced onion
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 (12 count) can buttermilk biscuits
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Combine ground beef, barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar. Set aside. Separate biscuit dough into 12 biscuits. Press each one into bottom and sides of a muffin cup. Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
