It's been a L-O-N-G time since I've shared a Meal Plan Monday post. I'm hoping to get back in the habit because we eat so much better when I have a plan for the week.
Here's the plan for this week:
Monday - BBQ Crockpot Ribs, macaroni and cheese, and veggies (This is a new ribs recipe I'm trying. I hope it turns out good!)
Tuesday - Orange Chicken Pasta Salad, rolls
Wednesday - Ravioli, veggies
Thursday - Spaghetti, garlic bread
Friday - Chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, veggies
Wednesdays are difficult since we have a crazy evening schedule so we usually just have something kid-friendly (like ravioli) for lunch and sandwiches for dinner.
