Since this is Spring Break for the local schools, we are also taking a spring break. With The Boy and Soccer Girl playing soccer for the local high school, it's just easier to stay on their schedule. It also means that there are no soccer games or practices in the evenings this week, so it will be easier for me to plan meals. It's really difficult to plan dinners during soccer season, especially on game nights when they have to be at the school at 3:30 or 4 and aren't home until after 9.
Here's what's on the menu for this week:
Saturday - Garlic parmesan crusted chicken, cheesy rice, veggies
Sunday (Easter) - Ham, baked macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, Italian green beans, pineapple, rolls
Monday - Leftovers (I always make WAY too much food for our holiday meals.)
Tuesday - Spaghetti, garlic bread
Wednesday - Orange chicken pasta salad, crescent rolls
Thursday - Tasty tender pork tenderloin, herb oven-roasted potatoes, veggies
Friday - Chicken rollups, mac & cheese, veggies
