Where - Five Minute Friday

I'm joining up at Five Minute Friday over at Five Minute Friday. Each week she shares a prompt, and you write on that prompt for 5 minutes. This week's prompt is "where."

Where? This question seems to be the one I ask the most recently. Usually it's "Where am I supposed to be now?"

I'm a stay-at-home mom, but really, I'm not. Most days, I'm an on-the-go mom. Since only one of my children has his driver's license, the rest of them keep me busy. Here's a glimpse of some of my "where" places:

  • Aria started volunteering several days a week at the local hospital. She's in the day hospital 2 days a week, breast imaging 1 day a week, and the gift shop 1 day a week.
  • Brailey started a new job at The Little Gym helping with birthday parties and parent's night out.
  • Aria and Brailey are both rehearsing for Hairspray with the local Little Theater Teen Group.
  • Caelin is competing in track for the local high school so she has practices every afternoon. Meets will start at the end of February.
  • Brittany takes tumbling classes one day a week and is going to be starting tennis lessons soon.
On top of that we have our homeschool co-op classes one day a week, and most weekends have some sort of activity for someone. For instance, this weekend, Caelin and Brittany will be competing in a 3000m racewalk race about a hour and a half from here.

If it wasn't for my Erin Condren Life Planner, I probably wouldn't know WHERE I was supposed to be most days.

  1. hi pee dee mama, i enjoyed visiting your site and learning more about your family. i remember the days when I was running my family all over the place! now they are all grown. my daughters are all in their 40's. my grands are growing up quite fast too! the times seems to fly! blessings!

    1. Thanks for stopping by! The time does fly by. It seems like yesterday that I had really small children, and now 4 of the 5 are teens. I know I will miss these busy days when they are gone
